Odograph carries the province and district boundaries of 43 countries bundled inside the app. It connects to no data source while running. Below are the sources of that data and the attribution those sources require.

Share-alike: the .odoregions files bundled in the app are a
derivative database of this data and are offered under ODbL 1.0. The obligation covers the data,
not the app code that reads it — the ODbL is a database licence.
How to obtain the derivative database: to request the files and the converter that produced them under ODbL 1.0, write to mehmetefeaytas@acmgedik.com. Fulfilling the request is free of charge.

Boundary data was compiled from geoBoundaries' gbOpen release (geoboundaries.org), licensed CC BY 4.0 at the project level. That CC BY 4.0 covers the project, not each individual boundary: every country's boundary comes from its own upstream source and carries its own licence. That is why the 14 countries above are listed separately under the ODbL block.
Apple Maps
Map tiles and the map imagery on share cards come from Apple through MapKit and are subject to Apple's own terms.
Third-party code: none
The app contains no third-party library, SDK or package. All code is either this project's own or comes from Apple's frameworks. There is therefore no code licence to declare.
